Our conditions 2026

To guarantee your booking, we invite you to securely pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount online. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days prior to the arrival date, via a link that will be automatically sent to you by our online payment system.

For bookings made less than 32 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be required to confirm the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy

• The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• If the cancellation is made up to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Attention: The rates are based on the type of accommodation and the reservation period, regardless of the number of guests. Therefore, if fewer guests arrive than initially booked, the price will remain the same. The booked period must be fully paid, even in the case of late arrival or early departure.

 

Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in: Check-in at reception is available from 12 pm, while key delivery is guaranteed at 5 pm.
• Check-out: Accommodation units must be vacated by 10 am, and keys must be returned to reception. It’s possible to stay inside the holiday park until 12 pm without any extra charge. After this, an additional fee will apply (for further info, please ask the reception office).

STANDARD PITCHES

Bookings for Standard pitches are accepted with free arrival and a minimum stay of 3, 5, or 7 nights, depending on the season.

For stays between March 26th and May 19th, and from September 8th to 26th, no deposit is required.

For stays between May 20th and September 7th, an online, non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required.

The balance of the stay, including any extras and the tourist tax, must be paid directly at the campsite.

Please note: Rates are calculated based on the accommodation unit, the length of stay, and a minimum occupancy of two persons.
The full amount for the booked period is due, even in the event of late arrival or early departure. Any delays must be notified by email to info@pianidiclodia.it, specifying the booking number.

Cancellation Policy:

PLUS PITCHES

Bookings for Plus pitches are accepted with flexible arrival days and a minimum stay of 3, 5, or 7 nights, depending on the season.

For stays between March 26th and May 19th, and from September 19th to 26th, no deposit is required.

For stays between September 8th and September 18th, an online, non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required. 

For stays between May 20th and September 7th, an online, non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the check-in date via a link automatically sent by our online payment system. For bookings made less than 32 days before the check-in date, the full amount is required to confirm the reservation.

PANORAMA, DELUXE, ROYAL & LEADING PITCHES

Bookings for TOP pitches are accepted for 7 nights or multiples of 7, with fixed arrival days throughout the season:

• Panorama E, D, C areas: Saturdays
• Dune Kids D area: Saturdays
• Deluxe A area: Sundays
• Royal C area: Sundays
• Leading A area: Sundays

To make a booking, an online, non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required. Extras and the tourist tax must be paid upon departure, at the reception office.

CHECK-OUT FOR ALL TYPES OF CAMPING PITCHES

Pitches must be vacated between 7 am and 12 pm. Late check-out is subject to availability, involves extra costs and must be approved by the reception office.
