THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE STAY RATE
•• Admission to the swimming pools, when open.
•• Deck chairs and beach umbrellas, both at the pools and on the beach (only during high season) can be used free of charge, but are subject to availability.
•• Children’s play areas, volley ball and basketball courts, beachvolley and table tennis are free of charge.
•• Entertainment from 23.03.24 with longer daytime and evening activities in the period between 18.05.24 and 31.08.24.
•• Shuttle bus service from the holiday park to Lazise, from 22.03.24 to 11.10.24

PLEASE NOTE THAT:
All Guests will receive written confirmation of their reservation which needs to be exhibited on arrival at the holiday park.
•• Free covered car park in bungalows Borgo dei Colli and Virgilio, maxicaravan Lake, Romeo, Giulietta, Prestige and for glamping accommodations Lux and Sky.
•• The management will take into consideration the guest’s preference for a certain type of bungalow, maxicaravan or area but cannot guarantee it.
•• The management reserves the right to modify the guest’s requests depending on availability, without prior notice.
•• Camping pitches and bathroom units are opened gradually based on occupancy rates and in the order established by Management.
Bar, restaurant, pizzeria, market and bazaar are available for our guests for the entire period we are open.

POOLS OPENING CALENDAR
The pools Rio, Playa, Reef, Bahia, Laguna, Palm Beach and Baby Island pools will all be open during the high season (06.07.24-31.08.24). 2 pools are always open during the low season.

PAYMENTS:

Pay the non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking amount securely online now. Payment of the balance of your booking must be made no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date, via a link you will automatically receive from our online payment system.

After payment of the balance: in the event of a cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be made. In the case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival there is no refund of the amount paid.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Check-in is possible from 12.00 a.m.

The accommodation must be left before 10 a.m. Guests staying at the holiday park after 12 p.m. will be charged the full daily rate per person and per cars.

STANDARD PITCHES 

For standard pitches, reservations are accepted with a free arrival day for a minimum of 5 nights depending on the season.

No payment is required when booking a standard pitch with arrival from 22.03.24 to 17.05.24 and from 07.09.24 to 12.10.24. The balance for your stay must be paid on site before your departure, in cash or by credit card. 

In all other periods: pay the non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the booking amount securely online now. The balance for your stay must be paid on site before your departure, in cash or by credit card.

For Standard Pitches, guests must arrive by 5 pm on the scheduled day of arrival. In case of late arrival, please contact our booking office. Otherwise management will exercise its right to cancel the booking. 

 

CLASSIC E PLUS PITCHES

For Classic and Plus Pitches bookings can be made with free arrival day for minimum 7 nights during the whole season. No payment is required when booking with arrival from 22.03.24 to 17.05.24 and from 07.09.24 till 12.10.24.   The balance for your stay must be paid on site before your departure, in cash or by credit card.

In all other periods: pay the non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the booking amount securely online now. The balance of the reservation must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date via a link that you automatically receive from our online payment system.  For reservations less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, payment of the total amount of the reservation is required.

The system allows you to complete the online payment within 20 minutes from the time of confirmation. If payment is not completed you will receive automatic booking cancellation notification.

DELUXE PITCHES

For Deluxe pitches, reservations are accepted for 7 nights or multiples of 7 with a fixed day of arrival: in area D with arrival on Saturday, in area A with arrival on Sunday.

The balance of the reservation must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date via a link that you automatically receive from our online payment system. For reservations less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, payment of the total amount of the reservation is required.

LEADING E ROYAL PITCHES 

For Leading Pitches (Zone A) and Royal Pitches (Zone C) bookings can be made with fixed arrival day on Sunday, for 7 nights or multiples thereof for the whole season.

Pay the non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the booking amount securely online now. The balance of the reservation must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date via a link that you automatically receive from our online payment system. 

For reservations less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, payment of the total amount of the reservation is required.

DEPARTURE TIME VALID FOR ALL TYPES OF PITCHES

Departure from the holiday park must take place before 12.00. Staying after this time, upon request for availability at the reception, will result in the charge of an additional overnight stay (pitch + people) regardless of the time of arrival.
