We have started a development plan which provides the extension and renewal of the structures of the village starting from the toilet building in the Premium Plus area.
The project involved the complete refurbishment of these bathrooms according to the earthquake and regional standards. A careful design combined with attention to details has created a successful, flexible and resistant building. All areas are equipped with heating and air-condition. Unslipping floor, unbreakable windows, LED lighting systems, and motion sensors, which minimize the energy consumption, are designed to reduce the injury risk during its normal use. Solar panels placed on the roof and electronic mixer faucets help saving heat and hydro resources.
A high hygiene standard has been reached using innovative, antibacterial and easy to clean materials, as the “Corian” (used in the shower trays, wash basins, dishpans and laundry sinks).
3 well-advanced bathrooms for private use (Family Room) will be available for discreet customers, a new Kids Room with specific equipments and furniture for independent use or under an adult supervision and a colorful nursery totally renewed.
Dedicated rooms for dishwasher and washing / ironing service, shower changing rooms, wider toilets and sinks.
Pergolas and benches for the outdoor setting, and fences between the toilet building and the pitches.
According to a management experience that has been certified among the first in Europe, we are innovating and
investingin quality, safety, hygiene and energy savings.
The Camper Service area has been renewed in a modern, functional and hygienic way.
