Booking procedure

Within three weeks from confirming their booking, a down payment of € 130 is required from guests per living accomodation per week or part thereof.

If we do not receive the down payment within the time specified, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice.

The balance on the provisional cost of the holiday must be paid at least six weeks before arrival.

The total paid in advance will be subtracted from the final cost of the holiday hich will include any services not included in the provisional cost.

Guests must pay for their entire stay regardless of whether they arrive late or leave early.

Preferences

Piani di Clodia management reserves the right to take into consideration the guests' preference for a particular type of bungalow, maxi caravan but not to guarantee it.

Renunciation

In case of cancellations, management will withhold:

· The down payment (without exception)
· 10% of the balance on the provisional cost of the holiday up to 30 days before the start of the holiday
· 30% of the balance on the provisional cost of the holiday up to 15 days before the start of the holiday.

No refunds will be given for cancellations after these dates.
