Some days ago I made a reservation but I haven't received a confirmation yet.
Our reservation confirmation procedure requires some days. The confirmation document is then sent by email. The whole process can take up to 5 days.

Can I get a quote for the chosen period while making a reservation through your website?
No, you can't. The quote for the chosen period will be sent by email, together with the booking confirmation.

Can I reserve more than one bungalow/maxi caravan or site at the same time?
It is possible to reserve only a bungalow/maxi caravan or site at a time. To reserve several units you need to repeat the booking procedure.

If the number of persons entered exceeds the maximum number allowed per every bungalow/maxi caravan or site, does the system automatically book and additional unit?
It is possible to enter more than one name, but the system does not automatically book an additional unit. If you need to reserve several units, you will have to repeat the booking procedure for each of them.

I have sent an e-mail asking for general information not regarding Piani di Clodia facility (such as: weather forecast, shops and restaurants opening hours) and I haven't received any answer.
Due to the great number of requests we receive daily, we are not able to process general information requests.

If I have a reservation for a camping pitch, what shall I do in case of delayed arrival at the holiday park?
In case of delayed arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone (telephone number +39 045 7590456). Otherwise, after 5 p.m., the pitch will be considered free and at disposal of other guests.

Services Included

What shall I bring with me for a holiday in bungalow/maxi caravan?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen. We will provide the rest.

One of my parents is handicapped. Are there disabled accessible toilets in the camping site?
Each area of the camping site is provided with handicapped accessible toilets. Guests who intend to make use of these toilets can pick up the key at the reception. The key must be returned at the end of the stay.

Can I bring my dog with me?
Pets are allowed only in restricted areas and must be kept on a leash at all times. They are admitted only if fully vaccinated (please bring documentation) and against payment of an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed in bungalows and maxi caravans.
